The filling monitoring server uses an industrial control computer as its core and provides interfaces to the communication bus connecting to the field batch controllers, as well as Ethernet interfaces to each filling operation station.
The server collects process parameters of each filling position provided by the batch controllers via the communication bus, performs data processing, and simultaneously forwards business command data issued by the monitoring station to each batch controller.
The filling monitoring server runs UPDLMS distributed filling monitoring software based on the network.
There is no need to configure expensive industrial control configuration software. As long as there is an IE browser and the operator is granted the corresponding permissions, the filling process monitoring and control operations can be completed through the browser.
