Introduction

DJK-3250 is a configurable, efficient and streamlined distributed filling control system, which is an independent patented product of Shanghai Uptron.

Feature

The filling monitoring server provides the interface to the communication bus with the batch loading controllers on site and can be connected to other workstations

The server collects the filling process parameters of each crane position provided by each batch controller through the communication bus and processes the data, and sends the business command data from the monitoring station to each batch controller.

The filling monitoring server runs the web-based UPDLMS distributed filling monitoring software

The filling process can be monitored and controlled through the browser, without the need for expensive industrial control configuration software, as long as the operator has an IE browser and is given the appropriate permissions.
